EPW - Cresarrow, Swiss, 46mm, platinum and iridium OF original case with magnificent channel set sapphire band creating a scalloped shape, refinished silvered dial with applied diamond and ruby indices, SW-SS, lever escapement with capped escape wheel, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, s#3846. Comes with an elegant 13.5 inch platinum chain with black enameled links. Gross weight of assembled watch 28.0 dwt (43.5 g). Gross weight of platinum chain 7.6 dwt (11.8 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, few fine to micro-fine scratches, mismatched case screws with one having ample oxide; refinished dial with scattered small fine scratches and dark spots; fine hands, hour with some abrasions; case with horizontal sanded finish to rear which was likely imparted at some later point in its lifetime, case shows little wear, numerous fine scratches and small nicks to rear, some mild shallow dents to rear causing rippling of rear surface appearance; tight bow, crown shows little wear; good glass crystal. Chain in excellent condition overall, showing little wear, some scattered losses to black enamel.
